    First time to make Salmon rolls

    今天终于实现了自己做寿司卷的愿望啦-

    Salmon rolls 特地去买了紫菜,竹廉,三文鱼,黄瓜,寿司专用酱油,还有publix阿姨推荐的wasabi。顺便说一下,好像那些包装好的washabi的味道和餐厅里面的不太一样,比较辣喔,阿姨推荐的味道就和publix卖的suchi里面的那种一样。 孙祝明同学说我做的味道还不错喔,至少他没吃出和外面卖的有什么不同。但是偶觉得饭的味道没有别人调得好吃啦,publix的salmon也好像没有餐厅里吃的新鲜,也不知道是不是心里作用 :P

    我在rice vinegar里加了好些糖,一点点盐,还有一点中国店里买的sweet cooking rice seasoning,调着自己觉得ok就拌了。。。
